Legal bases of the DRAW

1. Organizing company

MEREKI SIETETRES, SL, with registered office at Avenida del Papa Negro, 75. 28043 Madrid, Spain, with CIF B88372297 organizes a raffle called
“Cord Giveaway from the Marina and the Sea Collection”

2. Disengagement from Instagram
Instagram in no way sponsors, endorses, administers, or is associated with this promotion. Users are completely disconnected from Instagram and understand that they are providing their information to Mereki and not to Instagram specifically. The information they provide will be used to manage the contestant's participation and communicate the prize to them, as well as to advertise it on Instagram.

3.- Purpose and mechanics of the contest.
The contest, titled "Marina y el Mar Collection Cord Giveaway," created by Mereki, can only be entered on Instagram.

To participate in the sweepstakes, participants must follow the Instagram account @conteson_oficial or click "Follow" to participate.
Participation on Instagram will be done by liking the post assigned for the giveaway, nominating a friend, and commenting on the post's comments about why you would give them the prize.
Each user can participate as many times as they want and they will count as extra entries.

4.- Duration and Scope
The giveaway will begin on Thursday, December 10, 2020, from the time the image is posted on Instagram, and will end on Monday, December 14, 2020, at 11:59 p.m. This giveaway covers the Iberian Peninsula, the Balearic Islands, and Portugal. The Canary Islands are excluded from this giveaway.
Ceuta and Melilla.

5.-Requirements to participate
You can participate in the raffle organized by the Mereki company:

All individuals over the age of 18 who are previously followers of the Instagram account and who have a real user profile on Instagram.

The following may not participate:

Direct employees of the Mereki company
Fraudulent profiles on Instagram
People who the company considers to have violated any of the rules established for the draw.

6.- Selection of the winner/winners, substitutes, communication and delivery
The winner of the giveaway will be chosen through a platform outside the company if there are fewer than 1,000 comments, or will be randomly selected with a subsequent screen recording and subsequent publication in stories.
Inappropriate entries will be removed due to inappropriate comments, profiles that have been detected as fake or duplicated.

The winner's name will be published in the sweepstakes post throughout the morning of Tuesday, December 15, 2020.
The company will contact the winner via Instagram direct messages (DMs) and will also post the winner's information on the account's Stories.

7.- Awards
The raffle prize will be:
A lanyard from the Marina and the Sea collection from the website www.conteson.com for the winner and another for the person named as the winner in the winning comment.

Mereki is exempt from any liability in the event of any errors in the information provided by the winners that prevent their identification.
Likewise, it is not responsible for any loss, damage, theft, or any other circumstance attributable to the courier that may affect the delivery of the prizes.

Mereki reserves the right to take legal action against those
people who perform any type of act that could be considered
Manipulation or falsification of the contest. Mereki excludes any liability for damages of any kind that may arise from the temporary unavailability or lack of continuity in the operation of the services through which users participate in the promotion, the loss of usefulness that users may have attributed to them, and in particular, but not exclusively, failures in accessing the various pages and submitting participation responses via the Internet.

Mereki reserves the right to make changes that contribute to the successful completion of the raffle when there is just cause or force majeure that prevents it from being carried out in the manner outlined in these rules.

Mereki reserves the right to postpone or extend the draw period, as well as the right to interpret these legal terms and conditions.
Likewise, the organizing company will be exempt from all responsibility if
any of the aforementioned cases occur, as well as any liability for damages that may occur during the enjoyment of the prize.

8.- Data protection
The data provided by participants will be treated confidentially and compiled in an automated personal data file. Mereki is the company that owns and is responsible for said file, with registered office at Avenida del Papa Negro, 75. 28043 Madrid, Spain. Onil, whose purpose will be to manage this draw (and send commercial information that may be of interest to you).

Mereki guarantees full compliance with Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, in the processing of personal data collected in this draw, especially with regard to the exercise of the rights of information, access, rectification, opposition, and erasure of personal data of the contestants.

9.- Acceptance of the bases.
Simply participating in the contest implies acceptance of these Rules, so any statement of non-acceptance of all or part of them will result in the exclusion of the participant and, as a result, the company will automatically eliminate their participation.
