4. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All orders placed through www.conteson.com are subject to product availability.

We make every effort to keep our inventory up to date at www.conteson.com , however, we cannot guarantee 100% availability of purchased products.

If an order includes one or more products not in stock, Contesón will notify the user by email. The user can choose between:

• Replace the purchased product(s) with others that are available.
• Request a refund for the order amount.

Contesón reserves the right to withdraw or modify any product, as well as its content on www.conteson.com , at any time and without prior notice to users.

5. PRICES

Contesón prices are expressed in Euros, and all prices include VAT.

Shipping costs are not included in the price of the products. If an order has shipping costs associated with it, they will be displayed in the purchase summary before payment.

The prices of products published on www.conteson.com may be modified at any time without prior notice to users.

Price changes are not retroactive. Orders processed prior to the price change will not be affected.

Contesón cannot guarantee the absolute absence of errors in product prices.

In the event that a purchase is made with a pricing error, Contesón will contact the customer to confirm the user's agreement with the correct price.

If the customer cannot be located, or if they are not satisfied, the full amount of the order will be refunded.

Currently Contesón offers the following payment methods:

All payments are processed through the online payment gateway in a completely secure manner, without Contesón handling card details at any time.

7.1. SHIPPING COSTS

Currently Contesón ships to Spain and Portugal with the following rates:

Peninsular Spain and Portugal €3.95

For orders over €80, shipping is FREE.

7.2. SHIPPING TIMES

Orders will be delivered within 2-6 business hours* from the date the order is placed.

*Working days are understood to mean Monday through Friday, not holidays.

You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order has shipped.

Delivery times for orders placed during promotional periods may be affected, taking a few days longer than stipulated in this section.

8. RETURNS

Orders placed at Contesón can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To make a return, you must email devoluciones@conteson.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

We will respond to your email within 24-48 hours with the return address.

Return costs are borne by the customer.

For a return to be accepted, the product must be returned intact, meaning in the same condition as received, with its original labels and packaging.

If an order is returned without being intact, the return may be rejected.

8.1. EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS

The first change of size or model is free.

We do not exchange products for a lower price than the original order.

Exchanges must be made for a product of the same or higher value.

We'll pick up the original item and ship the requested item to you free of charge.

If you opt for a higher exchange rate, you must make a bank transfer for the difference. Once the transfer is received, the returned order will be collected, and the new product will be shipped.

Our customer service will inform you of all the steps to follow once you request your return by email to info@conteson.com

If a second exchange is desired, the customer must follow the return procedure. We will refund the original order, and the customer must place a new order.

8.1. RETURN OF DEFECTIVE ORDERS

If the customer receives a defective or incorrect order, they must email us at devoluciones@conteson.com , attaching photographs showing the error or defect in the product.

Our quality department will review these photographs and contact the customer to inform them of the next procedure.

If the return is accepted, we will collect the defective product at no additional cost to the customer. The customer may choose to receive a refund or have a new, correct product sent to them.

9.- CONTENTS OF THE WEBSITE.

The language used by the owner on the website will be Spanish. MEREKI SIETERTES, SL is not responsible for any lack of understanding or comprehension of the website language by the user, nor for any consequences thereof.
