Shipping, exchanges and returns
SHIPPING COSTS
Currently Contesón ships to Spain and Portugal with the following rates:
Peninsular Spain and Portugal €5
For orders over €80, shipping is FREE.
For shipments to other countries or regions, please contact us at info@conteson.com for details on shipping options.
SHIPPING TIMES
Orders will be delivered within 24/48 business hours* from the date the order is placed.
*Working hours are understood to be Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order has shipped.
Delivery times for orders placed during promotional periods may be affected, taking a few days longer than stipulated in this section.
RETURNS
Orders placed at Contesón can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To make a return, you must email devoluciones@conteson.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
We will respond to your email within 24-48 hours with the return address.
Return costs are borne by the customer.
For a return to be accepted, the product must be returned intact, meaning in the same condition as received, with its original labels and packaging.
If an order is returned without being intact, the return may be rejected.
CHANGE OF PRODUCTS
The first change of size or model is free.
We do not exchange products for a lower price than the original order.
Exchanges must be made for a product of the same or higher value.
We'll pick up the original item and ship the requested item to you free of charge.
If you opt for a higher exchange rate, you must make a bank transfer for the difference. Once the transfer is received, the returned order will be collected, and the new product will be shipped.
Our customer service will inform you of all the steps to follow once you request your return by email to info@conteson.com
If a second exchange is desired, the customer must follow the return procedure. We will refund the original order, and the customer must place a new order.
RETURN OF DEFECTIVE ORDERS
If the customer receives a defective or incorrect order, they must email us at devoluciones@conteson.com , attaching photographs showing the error or defect in the product.
Our quality department will review these photographs and contact the customer to inform them of the next procedure.
If the return is accepted, we will collect the defective product at no additional cost to the customer. The customer may choose to receive a refund or have a new, correct product sent to them.
