• Humidity and water are not good allies. Try not to get your jewelry wet and always store it in a dry place.
• Protect your pieces from excessive heat and direct sunlight , especially when storing them, to prevent their color from changing.
• Always apply perfumes, creams, or cosmetics before putting on your jewelry. This will prevent residue from accumulating on your jewelry, which could affect its shine or integrity.
• To clean them, use a soft chamois or cotton cloth slightly dampened with warm water. If necessary, you can add a little mild soap and use a very soft-bristled brush for stubborn areas. Afterward, be sure to dry them completely.

RETURNS

Orders placed at Contesón can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To make a return, you must email devoluciones@conteson.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

We will respond to your email within 24-48 hours with the return address.

Return costs are borne by the customer.

For a return to be accepted, the product must be returned intact , that is, in the same condition in which it was received, with its original labels and packaging.
