• Avoid contact with aggressive agents , such as chemicals, cleaning products or abrasive surfaces that may damage the finish.
• Humidity and water are not good allies. Try not to get your jewelry wet and always store it in a dry place.
• Protect your pieces from excessive heat and direct sunlight , especially when storing them, to prevent their color from changing.
• Always apply perfumes, creams, or cosmetics before putting on your jewelry. This will prevent residue from accumulating on your jewelry, which could affect its shine or integrity.

Orders placed at Contesón can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To make a return, you must email devoluciones@conteson.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

We will respond to your email within 24-48 hours with the return address.

Return costs are borne by the customer.

For a return to be accepted, the product must be returned intact , that is, in the same condition in which it was received, with its original labels and packaging.
